Mission Control

Ryan is an electrical engineer by training, but we don't hold that against him — he's always been a developer at heart. Including the time he spent hacking the Commodore 64 in his teens, he's been coding for over 25 years. Ryan is a firm believer in Occam's razor, and is extremely adept at finding a practical solution to the problem at hand. He knows the best way forward is by being straightforward. Ryan has worked in a wide variety of positions in the software development field — from developer to product manager. This breadth of experience has given him a keen understanding of the difference between just building software and delivering business value. Because of Ryan's practical approach and unique experience he often becomes the go-to guy on a project.

Greg has been neck-deep in software development for more than 20 years. Many times he strays beyond the buoys to get a sense of deeper water and to try out different strokes. In the past, he's worked for large, medium, small and pixilated companies. He's a project leader and cheerleader, though he disdains short skirts. He has been the commander on all sizes of projects. Besides his stellar design and development skills and his intergalactic leadership acumen, Greg has a keen awareness of the environments in which people work. He molds work to the people, not the other way around.
