The SGF partners are pragmatists to the end. We know that what we do every day affects the people who hire us and the people who use their software products. Our skills cut across many aspects of software development: leading, managing, designing, developing, etc. What we most enjoy is a good challenge! We work on the cutting edge as well as in the deepest of software trenches, giving all that we have to either situation, and managing to make sure we laugh a little each day to keep our lives creative and balanced. Ryan Danielsen is an electrical engineer by training, but we don't hold that against him. Because Ryan often becomes one of the "go to guys" on a project, he understands the importance of employing the most practical solution that solves the problem at hand. When he is not developing, Ryan travels and wanders the planet.

Greg Dougherty has been engaged in software development for more than 15 years. In that time, he has worked for large and small companies, lead projects (both large and small), mentored, and participated as a representative to the OMG for 3M. Although he has great design and development skills, as well as excellent leadership skills, the best thing about Greg is his awareness that the environment in which people work, molds the work they do.

The Organic Web (OW) is a collection of people we consider skilled, curious, kind, and pragmatically focused on incrementally delivering value to our clients and our projects. We feel fortunate to be associated with these people and we work to place them into situations where they can thrive and help others produce better software faster and more predictably.

SGF Consulting is a combination of the OW and the man we call Joe Throndson. At the time we met Joe, SGF was helping a company grow a strong staff of developers. Joe was the only sales person who took time to understand the needs of the client. Joe continued to deliver better and stronger people to that client as the project progressed. In 2005, Joe joined the SuperGoFaster team and we are fortunate to have him doing this for a myriad of SGF clients. His direct and honest style is appealing to clients and consultants; we hear about it all the time!
