Along with agile training / coaching, and providing strong developers, SGF is engaged in creating products to companies and projects of all sizes. We have and do work for small to medium size companies as well as smaller projects inside larger companies. The following are a few examples for the many products SGF has built. Please email us if you are looking for more information on this part of SGF.

SGF helped the Sagis Corporation build a project from RFP to packaged and installable single user application. We use a lean development path and collection of strong, pragmatic developers to quickly show progress to smaller clients. For the Sagis project, we were able to deliver value (a working product) every 2 weeks, allowing a small startup to incrementally make the best possible investment choices. Many of these were from the original project plan, but there were cases where the client wanted to change direction and SGF was able to do this as needed with little to no cost increase. See it at sagiscorp.com.

Working along side the staff of Dow Jones in Minneapolis, SGF helped to build the Virtual Stock Exchange: http://www.virtualstockexchange.com/Game/Homepage.aspx. SGF provided a collection of developers and agile coaches for this project. We also helped coordinate and communicate a multi-month agile project plan which included people from Minneapolis, San Francisco, and New York City.
